Acmecol-20 is indicated in the treatment of general bacterial infections caused by gram negative bacteria e.g E.Coli, Collibacillosis, Klebsiella, Salmonella, Pasturella and Pseudomonas.
Colistin is a broad spectrum antibiotic belongs to Polymyxins group with special effectiveness against Gram Nagetive microorganisms.
It is poorly absorbed in gastrointestinal tract after oral administration and having high efficacy in the treatment and control of gastrointestinal tract infections.
Colistin penetrates into and disrupts the bacterial cell membrane.
PREVENTION:
1 ml per 10 liter of drinking water for 5-7 days.
TREATMENT:
1 ml per 5 liter of drinking water for 5-7 days.
Or as directed by veterinary Doctor/Poultry Consultant.
